Payment & Refund Policy

Programme fees are payable according to the fee schedule communicated at the point of admission or registration. In most cases, fees must be paid before programme commencement, although approved installment options may be available for eligible programmes or candidates.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible or an agreed alternative. Processing timelines may vary depending on banking systems, payment providers, and international transfer regulations.
Yes. Late payment of fees may result in administrative penalties, restricted access to learning platforms, delayed assessments, or suspension from academic activities until outstanding balances are settled.
Voluntary withdrawal does not automatically entitle a student to a refund. Any consideration for partial refund, if applicable, depends on the stage of the programme, services already rendered, and WIU®’s refund policy in effect at the time of enrolment.
Scholarships, discounts, tuition waivers, and promotional offers are non-cash benefits and are not convertible to monetary refunds. If a student withdraws or discontinues a programme, such benefits lapse automatically.
Programme fees are non-transferable between students. In certain cases, subject to approval, a paid fee may be deferred or credited toward a future intake of the same or related programme, in line with WIU® policies.
