Prof. Dr. Gangadhar P. Joshi

Prof. Dr. Gangadhar Joshi, FIBAKM, FCBA, FCKM, FIIIE, MNIPM (India) is a distinguished leader with extensive experience across private, public, and academic sectors in India and abroad. He specializes in strategic advising, change management, institutional strengthening, business re-engineering, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and performance management. He has advised governments, industries, and educational institutions globally.

Dr. Joshi is the author of Campus to Corporate (SAGE Publications), a widely acclaimed guide to enhance university students’ employability, published in both English and Marathi. His leadership roles include Chairman of Quality Management Systems at IBAKM Global, CEO of KR Sapkal College of Management Studies, Director of Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, and Principal Consultant of Gangadhar Joshi & Associates. He also held prominent roles with PwC in the West Indies, Beximco Textiles in Bangladesh, and Integrated Management Services in Mumbai.

An accomplished academic, he holds an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai, a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Management, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay. He is a Doctoral Fellow of IBAKM and a Chartered Certified Business Administrator and Knowledge Manager. Dr. Joshi is also a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering, a Lean Manufacturing Consultant with the National Productivity Council, and a member of multiple professional bodies including NIPM, ISTD, and HEF India.

A Rotarian since 1994, he has served as Rotary Club President. Dr. Joshi’s career exemplifies excellence in leadership, education, and innovation across sectors.
